Key responsibilities include supervising and coordinating installation teams, providing training and support, and conducting performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise residential HVAC installations, ensuring quality and compliance with codes and inspections.
• Plan and schedule projects, coordinate materials, manage inventory, work with other departments and subcontractors, and resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Conduct site inspections, obtain permits, adhere to safety guidelines, and maintain detailed records.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders, addressing concerns and coordinating project schedules.

Requirements

• 5 years of HVAC installation experience
• Previous supervisory experience is necessary
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and building codes
• Effective communication and ability to interpret technical documents
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Physical stamina
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach
• Dedication to quality and outstanding customer service
• Strong critical thinking abilities
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
