About the role
Supervise and support administrative staff, recruiting, training, developing, and evaluating them to enhance efficiency. Implement and manage administrative systems and procedures to optimize workflows and ensure efficient operations. Manage office operations and resources, overseeing daily support activities such as managing office supplies, equipment, furniture, and facilities. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication between departments and with vendors and service providers. Handle communication and scheduling, managing correspondence, scheduling, internal communication, and deadlines.
Responsibilities

- Implement and manage administrative systems and procedures to optimize workflows and ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee and improve administrative processes, policies, and procedures to optimize workflows and ensure efficient operations.
- Manage office operations and resources, overseeing daily support activities such as managing office supplies, equipment, furniture, and facilities.
- Monitor costs and expenses, assisting in budget preparation and ensuring processes remain within established budgets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate communication between departments and with vendors and service providers.
- Manage correspondence, scheduling, internal communication, and deadlines.
- Identify key areas for improvement, plan administrative processes, establish guidelines, and implement solutions to address challenges and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, with at least 5 years of experience in the field.
- Managerial experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in office administration software.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
