About the Role

If you are an experienced Service Technician looking to focus on service or maintenance rather than installs, our HVAC department offers flexible opportunities tailored to your strengths. We value individuality and provide a supportive team environment.

Schedule

• On-Call Technicians (Friday - Monday): 1 PM until calls are done for the day (guaranteed 40 hours)
• On-Call Technicians (Monday - Friday): 1 PM until calls are done for the day
• Day Shift Technicians (Friday - Monday): Guaranteed 40 hours

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough and accurate HVAC inspections
• Complete all HVAC repairs and replacements to applicable codes
• Facilitate orders for parts required for appointments and ensure preparedness for the day of service
• Submit purchase orders to dispatch or designated purchasing team administrators
• Effectively communicate with customers regarding questions, concerns, and problems
• Train, coach, and mentor apprentices
• Maintain a courteous demeanor with customers and associates at all times

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of verifiable work experience in the HVAC industry
• Knowledge of the fundamental operational functionality of residential air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment
• Able to troubleshoot problems with refrigerant, electrical, and duct systems on HVAC equipment
• EPA Certified
• High school diploma or GED required
• NATE Certification preferred
• HVAC certification or diploma preferred
• Valid driver’s license
