HVAC Residential Install Journeyman

About the role

We are now hiring an HVAC Install Journeyman. The ideal candidate must have a valid Omaha license, a Journeyman's License, and a Bellevue or Iowa license is a plus. With at least 4 years of experience in residential replacement, we are seeking a skilled professional.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair heating and cooling systems
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and regulations

Requirements

• Valid Omaha, Bellevue, and Iowa licenses (or equivalent)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in residential HVAC installation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Skills

• Proficient in HVAC systems and components

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
