HVAC Refrigeration Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain refrigeration, HVAC, and commercial cooking equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Install and calibrate ventilation and appliance systems
- Ensure compliance with refrigeration, gas, electrical, and OSHA safety standards
- Work across a variety of equipment including walk-in freezers, chillers, ovens, fryers, exhaust hoods, HVAC units, and dishwashers

We're looking for a dependable technician to keep our kitchens and bakeries running smoothly. The position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
Requirements
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Relevant experience in commercial kitchen or HVAC maintenance is preferred.
Skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are essential. Knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, and commercial cooking equipment is required.
