HVAC/Refrigeration, Plant Operations & Maintenance, 7a-3:30p Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Responds to routine and emergency work orders.
• Performs preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Participates in new project installations.
• Completes all required documentation according to department procedures.
• Mets established response time for work orders and stat calls, and performs Preventative Maintenance Program within scheduled timeframe.
• Other duties may require light duty maintenance, light moving, and new product installation.
• Must have excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills and high initiative with little supervisory guidance.
• Must demonstrate good time management skills, and work well within a team environment.
• Must be able to read and interpret blue prints and electrical schematics.
• Must be able to act independently and make judgments regarding service and repair of equipment in a safe appropriate manner.

Qualifications

• Three years installation and maintenance of industrial electrical equipment
• Environmental Protection Agency Section 608 Type I
• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate Degree
