HVAC/R Service Technician - Light Commercial

Pay

• Competitive compensation: $35.00–$45.00 per hour (DOE)
• Sign-on bonus: up to $5,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including:
  • Air conditioning units
  • Electric motors
  • Heating units and heat pumps
  • Hermetic compressors
  • Commercial furnaces and boilers
  • Burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, and humidifiers
  • RTUs and remote condensing units
  • Ice machines
  • Walk-in coolers and freezers
  • Upright refrigerators and freezers

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience as an HVAC and refrigeration technician
• Active EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs., climb and balance on a ladder, and work in elevated or high locations
