The role involves teaching HVAC/R Technician programs through hands-on and classroom instruction at a training facility.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrating tools, techniques, and procedures aligned with industry standards
• Evaluating student progress and providing feedback
• Tracking attendance
• Maintaining equipment
• Ensuring a safe, clean training environment
• Collaborating with fellow instructors
• Participating in team meetings

Qualifications

• Possession of a RI Trade License
• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC/R experience
• Strong communication skills
• Dependability and professionalism
• Patience and a genuine interest in mentoring students

Pay & Schedule

• Part-time hours: approximately 26 per week
