HVAC/R Installation Manager

About the Role

As an Installation Manager at TWC Services Inc., you will oversee a service project team aligned with multiple or mid-sized projects, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead quoting for repairs, parts, and workforce, and obtain client approval for maintenance contracts, equipment replacement, and other service work.
• Oversee project planning, ensuring the installation team is briefed on the Statement of Work (SOW) and projects meet current code requirements.
• Start projects as necessary, order permits, and coordinate final inspections with inspectors.
• Assist Service Technicians with technical problem-solving and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
• Review open work orders with leadership, validate accuracy of notes, and make adjustments prior to invoicing.
• Maintain high operational standards by following best practices to maximize workflows, technology, and information for continuous branch performance improvement.
• Manage key performance indicators to ensure consistency across locations and adherence to the TWC Way, including daily service ticket reviews, hold board statuses, and dispatch best practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience in the HVAC industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or completion of a Technical Training Program.
• Moderate travel required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
