HVAC Quality Control Supervisor

About the role

Keefe's is seeking an HVAC Quality Control Supervisor to join our team! Ideal candidate will have HVAC Installation experience and some technical skills. The HVAC Quality Control Supervisor will be performing quality control checks for four crews per day, on site. Candidate will also perform all follow‑up inspections on install crews and perform all first‑year warranty work. Candidate will report daily to Installation Manager and assist in training install crews to highest standards. Candidate must have an excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC installers and coach them on best practices.
• Help improve install skills, coaching on thorough yet efficient installation.
• Communicate with dispatch and other QC supervisors.
• Set goals and track progression.
• Continuously train installers to be the best.
• Provide field support for all installers.
• Perform quality control checks for four crews per day on site.
• Conduct follow‑up inspections on install crews.
• Handle first‑year warranty work.
• Assist in training install crews to highest standards.

Requirements

Must possess a valid driver license, insurable driving history, and an excellent driving record. Must be able to drive a company vehicle and pass background screen, drug test, and motor vehicle records check.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience working in both HVAC install and HVAC service fields.
• EPA certification required; NATE certification preferred.
• Strong technical skills in 2‑staged systems, communication systems, and zone controls.

Schedule

Generally Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM; periodic schedule flexibility may be required at peak times or due to seasonality or other business needs.
