HVAC Quality Assurance Technician

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform quality assurance inspections on residential HVAC installations and service work.
  • Verify systems are installed and operating according to manufacturer specifications, code requirements, and company standards.
  • Check airflow, refrigerant levels, electrical connections, ductwork, and overall system performance.
  • Identify workmanship issues, safety concerns, or performance gaps and document findings clearly.
  • Complete inspection reports accurately using mobile service software.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong residential HVAC experience.
  • Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems, airflow, duct design, and performance standards.
  • Professional communication skills—able to give clear, constructive feedback.
  • Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for documentation.
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
  • Valid driver’s license (must be at least 21 per company policy).
