About the role
Responsible for overseeing special projects and JOC (Job Order Contract) tasks in the HVAC industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Manage team of contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Skills
- Project management software proficiency (e.g., Primavera P6)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and technologies
