About the role

The HVAC Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of HVAC technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of HVAC projects from start to finish
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for HVAC projects
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC project management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project)
