About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial HVAC Project Manager with 4+ years of experience to oversee the successful execution of commercial HVAC construction projects. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, quality standards, and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle commercial HVAC construction projects from planning through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, manpower planning, and project KPIs
- Review drawings, specifications, and field measurements to ensure accuracy and contract compliance
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, field teams, and customers to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Monitor project progress and report status to Senior Project Manager
- Ensure Quality Assurance standards are met on all projects
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with safe driving record
- 4+ years of Commercial HVAC Project Management experience
- Associate Degree in related field (preferred)
- Proficient in scheduling software and CAD
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Experience developing HVAC/mechanical designs and specifications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
- Work outside in various weather conditions for extended periods
- Walk, stand, stoop, or sit for prolonged periods
