HVAC Project Manager

Synergy3 provides residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We focus on dependable service, clear communication, and consistent project delivery.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the full lifecycle of residential HVAC projects - Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and timelines - Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and internal staff - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during projects - Track progress and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule - Maintain accurate records, including job documentation and billing details - Monitor performance metrics and support process improvements - Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required - 2-5 years of experience in project management, construction, or HVAC-related work preferred - Familiarity with project tracking or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar) - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Experience in HVAC or skilled trades is a plus - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay

- Base salary: $60,000-$80,000 per year, based on experience - Performance-based bonus opportunities (total compensation may exceed $100,000)

Schedule

This position is based in Philadelphia, PA and involves coordination with field staff and job sites.
