HVAC Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for various projects.
• Working closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project meets their needs and specifications.
• Developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and schedules.
• Cooking with contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Conducting site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality of work.
• Preparing project status reports and communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Supervising project team members and providing guidance and support as needed.
• Identifying and addressing project risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Conducting project closeout activities, including documentation and handover to the client.

Qualifications

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC project management.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
