A local well respected mechanical contractor is looking for a motivated individual to bring their mechanical experience to a growing dynamic team as an HVAC Project Manager.

This fast-paced job gives you the opportunity to oversee projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and schedules
• Cooking with contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Conducting site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality of work
• Preparing project status reports and communicating progress to stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Supervising project team members and providing guidance and support as needed
• Identifying and addressing project risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
• Conducting project closeout activities, including documentation and handover to the client
