Job Summary

We are seeking an all-around HVAC Professional who is almost ready to transition out of the truck to help grow a green, but hungry crew. If you are someone who is capable of performing accurate service diagnostics, routine maintenance, and/or installations of Boilers, Heat Pumps, Ductless systems, Furnaces and VRF systems. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Your expertise will ensure the right service for our client specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities

  • Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and heating equipment according to schematics and design plans
  • Conduct system inspections and troubleshoot issues using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on HVAC/R (refrigeration) equipment to ensure efficient operation
  • Interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design documents to accurately assemble and install systems
  • Collaborate with service technicians on complex repairs involving plumbing, refrigeration, ammonia refrigeration, boilers, and appliance repair
  • Utilize welding skills when necessary for ductwork or system modifications during installation or repair processes
  • Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including service reports and compliance records

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction or field service roles related to HVAC installation or maintenance
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, plumbing, and boiler operation
  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans accurately
  • Experience with equipment repair including appliances, pumps, motors, and welding techniques
  • Familiarity with property maintenance tasks such as air conditioning servicing and general mechanical repairs
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC/R industry standards is highly desirable
  • Plumbing or Oil License strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and electrical testing devices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently
  • Ability to work safely in various environments while adhering to safety protocols
