About the role

Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is seeking HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technicians to join a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
• Provide customers with options and pricing for repairs
• Order parts for installation purposes
• Collect payment upon completion of services
• Ensure all work meets local and national codes

Requirements

• Valid Texas drivers license with at least 3 years of driving history
• EPA certification and TDLR registration with the State of Texas
• At least 6 months of in-field experience
• Service Titan experience preferred

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong desire to exceed customer expectations
• Results-driven in a high-energy environment
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• High attention to detail
• Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes

Skills

• Service knowledge of 16+ seer systems and heat pumps
