About the role
Legacy Heating & Cooling is expanding and seeks an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to lead daily operations in Spokane and Hayden, balancing installation, service, warehouse, and office teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across Spokane and Hayden locations
- Oversee installation, service, warehouse, and office teams, focusing primarily on installation operations
- Coach and develop managers, supervisors, and field personnel
- Improve scheduling, staffing, and operational workflows to maximize productivity
- Partner with ownership to execute strategic initiatives and support company growth
- Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance to drive continuous improvement
- Cook up communication between departments to ensure successful project delivery
- Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in commercial or industrial HVAC operations
- Strong commercial and industrial HVAC installation experience required
- Proven success managing multiple teams and complex projects
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and P&L performance
- Strong computer proficiency and business systems experience
- Ability to build relationships with field teams, customers, vendors, and leadership
- Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Qualifications
- Strong commercial and industrial HVAC installation experience required
