HVAC Mechanical Designer (Revit) - 24200

About the role

We are seeking a Revit HVAC Mechanical Designer for assignment in Portland, Oregon. The selected candidate will design and draft mechanical systems for semiconductor manufacturing, cleanrooms, data centers or other advanced manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, layout and routing of industrial building mechanical systems
• Develop P&ID's, plans, sections and construction details
• Perform design tasks across planning, concept and detailed design
• Coordinate directly with clients, contractors and internal disciplines
• Apply expert knowledge of building mechanical systems and codes to ensure quality and accuracy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 10+ years mechanical design experience
• 5+ years industrial ductwork design experience
• 8+ years experience with AutoCAD
• 4+ years experience with Revit
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. Mechanical Codes, specifically the International Mechanical Code (IMC)

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. This position can work a Hybrid schedule in Portland.
