HVAC Mechanic III

About the role

TTUHSC is a nationally recognized institution that provides comprehensive clinical services and educates students. The position involves inspecting and repairing HVAC systems, installing and maintaining machinery and equipment. It may also involve direct supervision of HVAC mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair: air handling units, pumping equipment, pneumatic and electronic controls.
• Maintain HVAC systems to ensure they operate effectively and efficiently.
• Assume lead role in the absence of the foreman regarding HVAC systems.
• May directly supervise HVAC mechanics.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities as per organization policies and applicable laws.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six years of heating and air-conditioning experience.
• May need to maintain registrations, professional licenses, and/or certifications from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
• Willingness to pursue additional certifications if necessary.

Pay
