HVAC Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Review calls and head to residential and commercial sites as needed.
• Provide clear estimates and explanations for solutions.
• Keep notes, inventory, and communication simple between calls.
• Work flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays during peak season.

Requirements

• 5 years of HVAC repair & installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own tools.
• Consistent first-call repair results.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot with minimal supervision.
• Flexible with hours, ready to stay late as needed.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with texting and basic computer skills.
• Preferred qualifications include:
  • Ability to work the occasional Saturday in peak season.
