HVAC Manufacturing Maintenance Tech 1st Shift

The Opportunity

The HVAC Maintenance Technician supports the operation of a fast-paced packaging manufacturing facility. Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct, maintain, test, and repair electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components.
• Determine and restore equipment malfunctions using knowledge of electrical/mechanical principles.
• Install, start up, and shut down equipment in compliance with company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Inform appropriate management and line mechanics about potential electrical/mechanical problems and associated dangers.
• Maintain company-required performance and maintenance records for identified equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance functions as directed.
• Assist maintenance personnel with technical troubleshooting.
• Perform other duties as required.

What You Need to Succeed

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years' mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Previous HVAC experience.
• Computer experience and operation.
• PLC programming skills.
• Ability to work 1st shift.
• Strong commitment to working safely.
• Desire to learn and advance within the company.
