HVAC Manager - Greenville

You love helping people with their HVAC systems, but you’re ready to get out of the field and start coaching others. How would you like to be our HVAC Manager? Your Role As HVAC Manager You’ll work directly with field technicians to manage day-to-day operations. Our Greenville location is new and growing. We need someone to lead our HVAC department to make sure things are organized and efficient, and that every technician is getting what they need to do the best work possible!You’ll work with Dispatch to oversee the schedule board and capacity. You’re organized and great at managing resources. In this case, HVAC technicians are the resource! You’ll make sure we’re able to stay on top of demand so we can continue to support our customers when they need us most.You’ll prepare tech meetings. We have weekly meetings to make sure everyone is in the loop about new information, and this includes technical training. You’ll help get the meeting content ready!You’ll have one-on-one meetings with field technicians and send out daily game plans to the team. When communication is clear, everything runs a lot better. You’re no stranger to air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, gas packs, mini splits, and more!
