HVAC Manager

About the role

The HVAC Manager oversees the maintenance and operation of all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in the facility. This includes ensuring efficient energy usage, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of HVAC systems
• Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving measures
• Resolve HVAC system malfunctions and perform preventative maintenance
• Collaborate with contractors for major repairs and installations
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC management experience
• Proficient in HVAC diagnostic tools and software
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience with refrigerants and HVAC safety protocols
• Knowledge of HVAC industry standards and best practices

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work required.
