Responsibilities
- Diagnosis and repair of heating & air conditioning systems including heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, ductless systems, ductwork, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, thermostats, and zone controls
- Professional and positive communication with customers and coworkers
- Use of technology (iPad, sophisticated dispatch software, etc.)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as an HVAC Technician
- Valid Driver’s License
- Live within 45 minutes of Sylva, NC
- EPA Certification to handle refrigerants (in-house course prep and proctoring available)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Pay
$28.47 - $39.49+ per hour (base plus performance-based bonus and commission)
Schedule
- Full-time, day shift
- Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
- Overtime and on-call availability
- Holidays and weekend availability
