Responsibilities
- Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage.
- Perform routine service work on HVAC systems.
- Provide a top-notch customer experience and effectively communicate with homeowners.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
- Great attitude with a dedication to quality work.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
- Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- EPA Certification.
- 1+ years of HVAC experience, preferably in the residential market.
Physical Requirements
- Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
- Climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine detail work.
- Regular exposure to extreme temperatures both indoors and outdoors, such as heat or cold, and adverse weather conditions such as wind, rain, ice, or snow.
