About the role

This position focuses on performing routine maintenance and inspections on residential HVAC systems while building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and committed to providing homeowners with a five-star service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on residential heating and cooling equipment.
  • Complete system inspections and identify potential performance or safety concerns.
  • Clean, test, and adjust HVAC components to improve system efficiency and reliability.
  • Educate homeowners on system operation, maintenance recommendations, and indoor comfort solutions.
  • Clearly communicate maintenance findings and recommended repairs.
  • Document service calls, inspection results, and customer interactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Work closely with dispatch and team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices.
  • Represent the Korte brand with professionalism and integrity during every customer interaction.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.

Qualifications

  • Required: HVAC maintenance or service experience.
  • PREFERRED: EPA Certification, knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems, experience using mobile service software or dispatch platforms, sales or customer-facing experience with presenting service recommendations.
