About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning issues.
- Install new HVAC components as needed.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- At least 2 years of HVAC maintenance experience.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Good physical stamina for manual labor.
- Excellent communication skills.
