Our Zionsville team proudly serves residential and commercial customers across Zionsville, Carmel, Whitestown, Lebanon, Brownsburg, Indianapolis, Westfield, Fishers, Noblesville, Avon, Plainfield, and surrounding communities. We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician or HVAC Service Technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, delivering excellent customer service, and building a long-term career with a company that values its employees.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, and related heating and cooling systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and control system issues
• Perform equipment inspections, testing, and system performance evaluations
• Install HVAC components and complete minor equipment replacements as needed
• Maintain accurate service records using company software
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers and office staff
• Follow all company safety standards and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of two years of HVAC service or maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Working knowledge of HVAC electrical systems, refrigeration, controls, and schematics
• EPA Universal Certification required
• NATE Certification is a plus
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and equipment manuals
• Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, in crawlspaces, and in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
