Responsibilities

• Diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
• Show strong, efficient, and effective problem-solving skills
• Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
• Attend periodic manufacturer and technical training classes
• Participate in all required safety training and follow company safety policies and procedures
• Lift, maneuver, and work with equipment weighing 50 lbs or more

Requirements

• 1-5 years of HVAC maintenance or service experience preferred
• HVAC degree or equivalent hands-on field experience, with certification from a technical or trade school (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
