Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on HVAC maintenance experience
- Education/Certifications: HVAC-related certification or technical school training preferred
- System Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC system components, troubleshooting basics, and preventative care
- Software Experience: Familiarity with Service Titan or similar field service management platforms is a plus
- Customer-Focused: Strong customer service and communication skills with a positive, professional demeanor
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to identify potential issues early and ensure systems are running at peak performance
- Team Player: Willingness to work closely with others and contribute to a positive team environment
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
