Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Minimum 6 months experience doing HVAC maintenance
• Willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment
• Willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes
• Ability to work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
• Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
• Enroll in HVAC course and/or in-house training programs
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
• Commitment to developing customer service skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Acquire EPA certification within 3 months of entering Service Technician role

Pay

$18.00 - $23.00/hour

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
