What We're Looking For
- Elite-level customer service skills
- Solid work history (loyal people preferred)
- Mechanical or HVAC experience (not required)
- Cool working Saturdays (occasionally)
- Integrity, empathy, honesty
What You'll Do
- Perform routine HVAC maintenance
- Spot problems before they become actual problems
- Talk with customers and explain things like a human
- Keep our database updated
- Be open to feedback and bring your A-game
- Occasional travel for training
Compensation
- $16 – $19.50/hour
- Total Comp: $31K–$40K+
