HVAC Maintenance Tech

Pioneer Valley Environmental is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Tech to join our team in Ware, MA, serving customers within a 30-mile radius.

Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and service on HVAC and AC systems (oil, gas/NP)
- Identify failing parts
- Conduct combustion analysis readings to ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently
- Prepare detailed estimates for recommended services
- Maintain clear, professional communication with customers
Requirements
- 3+ years of HVAC experience (preferred)
- OSHA/EPA certification
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to provide your own hand tools
- Strong technical skills and the ability to work independently
- Commitment to professionalism and excellent customer service

Pay
$18 – $22 per hour plus commission
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime and on‑call assignments. Technicians dispatch directly from their homes to job sites each day and are only required to report to the central office for Tuesday meetings.
