HVAC Maintenance Tech

About the role

The HVAC Service Technician Helper supports Service Technicians in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential and/or commercial HVAC systems. This entry‑level role provides hands‑on training and growth opportunities within our service department.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and system diagnostics
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment cleaning
• Take system readings (voltage, pressures, temperatures)
• Help replace basic components (capacitors, motors, filters, etc.)
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and safe work areas
• Provide professional customer interaction

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
• Valid driver’s license
• Exceptional customer care abilities
• 1–2 years of experience in HVAC
