HVAC Maintenance - Service Technician

Job Duties

• Performed service and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems.
• Delivered excellent customer service and client care by diagnosing issues and explaining repair solutions clearly.
• Consulted with customers on indoor air quality products, system upgrades, and annual maintenance plans.
• Provided year-round HVAC service, troubleshooting, and maintenance support.
• Read and interpreted wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints for accurate system diagnostics and repairs.
• Collaborated with the Service Manager to provide feedback on technical training needs, inventory management, and retail pricing strategies.

Requirements

• 2 + years of HVAC Service experience - Residential and/or commercial
• EPA Universal Certification
• NATE Certification - we provide training
• Routine maintenance experience
• Basic sheet metal experience
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Certification from an HVAC trade school - Desired
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
