About the role
We are now seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer. This position requires someone who can handle long hours and occasional Saturdays for a lucrative income with growth opportunities. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, enjoy recognition, and are eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Lift heavy equipment and work in unconditioned spaces
- Work independently and efficiently to start jobs
- Interact with customers daily and provide excellent customer service
- Must have a positive, teachable attitude and good interpersonal skills
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in residential/light commercial installation
- Physical health and ability to perform the job
- Good customer service skills
- Team player and motivated to succeed
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
Qualifications
- Must be able to speak understandable English
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required
