What You Will Be Doing

• Install heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in new commercial construction and tenant offices
• Complete paperwork daily, recording materials used on each job, in accurate manner
• Able to independently install new HVAC systems
• Able to wire up all basic HVAC low voltage wiring: furnace, a/c, thermostats, zone controls
• Able to fabricate duct fittings
• Able to read blueprints and lay out duct

What You Need for This Position

• 5 to 10 years of Commercial HVAC Install experience
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate, or learn to operate, all necessary tools and equipment
• Frequent lifting of 75 pounds and ability to lift and regularly carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Sufficient physical ability to work in awkward places and from ladders or scaffolding as required by projects
• Physical ability to endure high and low outside temperatures
• Pass a criminal background check and pass an on site drug test
• Able to maintain a clean driving record and have a valid driver's license
