About the role
The HVAC Lead Installer is responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train HVAC technicians
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Perform regular system inspections and maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Experience with HVAC software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
