Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems
• Deliver 5-star service experiences on every call
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Maintain accurate job documentation through our CRM system
• Ensure installations meet company standards and local code requirements
• Follow all safety protocols on the job site

Requirements

• HVAC Installation experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• EPA certification (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A professional, team-oriented attitude and drive to exceed expectations
• Strong diagnostic, repair, and troubleshooting skills

Experience: HVAC Installation: 3 years (Required)
Shift availability: Day Shift (Required)

$40–$65/hour based on experience and performance
