The Position
To be successful in this role, you should already have experience:
- Leading residential HVAC installation projects
- Installing complete furnace, air conditioner, and heat pump systems
- Reading installation layouts and equipment specifications
- Fabricating and modifying ductwork when necessary
- Training or directing an install helper
- Completing installations that meet manufacturer specifications and local code
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years installing residential HVAC units
- Strong understanding of airflow, duct design, refrigerant charging, and installation best practices
- Ability to read installation layouts and equipment specifications
- Excellent troubleshooting skills during installation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
- Ability to lead an installation crew independently
Preferred Qualifications
- EPA Universal Certification/NATE Certification
- Experience with heat pumps, dual fuel systems, zoning systems, and IAQ products
- Sheet metal fabrication experience
- ServiceTitan experience

Pay Range
The pay range for this role is: 25 - 35 USD per hour (Columbus Market)
