What You'll Do
- Support lead foremen in delivering top-tier service.
- Aid in duct fabrication & installation.
- Follow precise instructions and adhere to job site safety protocols.
- Track materials and labor for each project.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What You Bring
- HVAC experience required.
- Basic HVAC understanding and a strong willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs repetitively.
- Work in cramped spaces like attics and crawlspaces, involving bending, crawling, and kneeling.
- Ability to climb and work from ladders.
- Work in different environments that can be hot, cold, dusty, or dirty.
- Stand for an 8-hour shift and work for extended periods without becoming overly fatigued.
Pay Range
$28 - $34 per hour

Compensation
On-Target Earnings $65,000 to $72,000 annually
