About the role
We are currently seeking a HVAC Lead installer to join our CDL team.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.
- Train and mentor other installers on new technologies and techniques.
- Manage and schedule installation projects efficiently.
Requirements
- Valid CDL license.
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passing score on a pre-employment drug test.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
