Responsible for leading HVAC installation projects, supervising teams, and ensuring all work adheres to safety protocols and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Supervise and train team members in safe and efficient installation techniques
• Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional certifications in HVAC preferred

Skills

• Proficient in HVAC systems and equipment
• Knowledgeable in safety procedures and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Effective time management and organizational skills
