About the role

Responsible for leading HVAC installations and ensuring project quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
• Train and mentor new installers in best practices and safety protocols.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC installation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using HVAC tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and installation techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills
