About the role

Responsible for leading HVAC installations and maintenance tasks. Supervise team members and ensure all projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HVAC installation teams
• Oversee project planning and execution
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders
• Train and mentor team members

Requirements

• At least 5 years of HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college education in HVAC or related field preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and installation techniques

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
