About the role
Responsible for leading HVAC installations and maintenance tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC installation projects from start to finish
- Maintain high standards of quality in all work performed
- Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure timely project completion
- Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems
- Document all work performed and communicate progress to clients
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Experience with common tools and equipment used in HVAC work
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
