Responsibilities
- Lead installation teams in providing HVAC services
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Requirements
- Valid journeyman’s license in HVAC
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in HVAC systems and maintenance
Skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
